Greetings to all readers.

We've decided to write this in order to express our thoughts regarding the brutal attack by these fascist groups whom have literally taken the life of our friend Rachel.

Our intention is to show Luis "Rachel" Chirinos' family, girlfriend and friends our support; and along with our comrades from Combate and 7 balazos tell them that this terrible crime has caused much pain but also has created a great sense of solidarity around the world.

This tragic and deplorable news has left us speechless and tearful. We can clearly remember the 26th of July in Caobos park when Rachel introduced us to his guitar...It was our first time performing so far from our own city and one of our best memories is sharing the stage with 7 balazos, the band in which our dear friend used to play.

Something typical about Rachel was his smile, his happiness...things that we will never forget. As long as there are punk concerts in Venezuela, you will continue to live brother!
For many years now we have been warning people about the growth of fascism in all spheres in Venezuela, but we have sadly failed. The fascist seed has bloomed along the country. When before they were nothing but a vague threat, today they are murderers. That is why, in midst of our failure, we must rise again and continue the struggle! We know that the solution will not be found in an impulse lead by anger, nor by insults or impulsive actions. We must keep a cool head and a burning heart. The solution is found in the union of antifascist forces, of socially conscientious forces; in the union of all of us moved by this to promote justice and start working on a true antifascist movement that integrates our youth and our society in general. We must all be involved and demand that justice be made. We cannot allow this act to be considered nonpolitical; we have to show exactly who the guilty ones are because we cannot accept another victim in hands of these murderers.

It is not enough to condemn this small group of neo nazi delinquents, but the class interests that lay behind these groups. The economic interests that promote para militarism, a part of society fed on media kit anti communism that is causing hatred and even more violence. We are not surprised that the opposition justifies and defends this attack. We are not favoring the national government, but we do repudiate the ultra right wing sector that tries to attack by any means possible valuable avante-garde organizations. We know that their mission is to create unease within antifascist, progressive and revolutionary movements as well as a general feeling of uneasiness in our society.

We are making a call for intelligence amid our anger and impulses. Let us not fall into their game of provocation, let us be able to obtain justice under our lawful and united antifascist flag!

RACHEL lives! The struggle continues!

About 2 years ago we started getting together to rehearse, expressing our political concerns through music. We use music as a way to transmit ideas and also to get to know more people to exchange opinions with. With regards to our name, "cor fort", it literally means strong heart and is also a Catalan expression that is used when things aren't going well: "have a strong heart and continue the struggle."

Freedom for Comrade Arenas!

We cannot remain in silence. No, us communists cannot keep quiet about what this bourgeoisie state has been doing with Manuel Perez Martinez, Comrade Arenas, General Secretary of the Revolutionary Spanish Communist Party. He has been behind bars for the last 17 years; a prisoner with Franco, Suarez, Gonzales, Aznar and now with Zapatero. The presumption of innocence quashed. The lack of evidence, a minor detail without importance. A number of indictments; some filed away due to lack of evidence, others already acquitted. The last straw was drawn on April of this year when the Supreme Court acquitted a decision taken by the Federal Court a few years earlier. That decision was to dismiss the case.

Arenas is sentenced to 7 years for “non-denunciation and omission of crime”. This legal atrocity is so evident that a judge whom participated in this farce felt obligated to cast a particular vote against the ruling: “My discrepancy with the majority is based on: a) the facts described in the ruling, not only disagree with the hypothesis presented in the trial, but also has items that are openly contradictory, and b) the hypothesis itself was not taken to trial on its own terms. Therefore, the validation of the ruling would be against the accusatory principal and other principles.” An outrageous ruling that is nothing more but another strike against the proletariat.

“Isolate this man. He fanatically defends his dignity. He is dangerous.” This is what Manuel himself wrote in the clandestine summer of 1990. This is the truth of the matter. We have in front of us a person compromised with communism, a person that did not budge an inch away from his revolutionary ideals throughout his long political life.

He did not betray his comrades nor did he descend to the depths of revisionism. He never sold himself or his comrades out. He never lowered his head in front of our class enemies. Even though he is sick (and hasn’t been receiving the medical attention he needs) Manuel does not give in. His heart is like steel…like the steel that the workman forges in the factory.

Many years ago, two bearded men that knew a bit about communism said: “Communists everywhere support any revolutionary movement against the ruling social and political regime.” There is no reason for different parties and communist organizations not to show solidarity with other defenders of the working class. Solidarity with communists and other antifascists imprisoned by the bourgeoisie is a moral and political obligation of any organization that claims to be communist as well as that of any communist without a party. Nobody should doubt it; silence is complicity.

We cannot control the mechanisms of justice. For now, they are in the hands of the bourgeoisie. Although the day will come, as Manuel says, in which the “the implacable and impassible battalions of vengeance and justice will march!” Justice for the working class, justice for our class, that will sweep the Earth clean of the shameful history of the bourgeoisie.

Freedom for Arenas!

Ivan Khutorskoy (1983 - 2009)

Friends, comrades, family members and those close to Ivan Khutorskoy; as for you, the loss of our comrade Ivan leaves us feeling much sorrow and impotence. We have seen how the brutal revival of fascism in Russia has taken the lives of over fifty comrades. We are witnesses to this savage behavior that is sadly accepted as something habitual. But that will no longer be the case.

We want to pay tribute to Ivan: an exceptional comrade that dedicated his life to fight injustice; a light that illuminated the shadows where there was no hope and broke through mere illusions to make them reality. A person true to his people, true to his comrades, true to his ideals…a person like Ivan, never dies! Bullets cannot destroy our memory, death cannot take the life that he has left behind in each and every one of us…a coffin only buries a body, not a lifetime.

We send out our most deep condolences to his family, our deepest sympathies and a strong embrace from many of us that form the RPI, especially to his mother and sister. We are truly sorry. To his loved ones, friends and comrades: we are grieving as much as you are but we want to extend a message of hope, strength and support. Never feel alone, this affects us all and is a loss for all of us that fight day to day against the current economic and social system of hunger, misery, racism and genocide. We all are Ivan!

This wave of repression, violence and massacre aimed towards antifascists will not be stopped by the capitalist and servile government of Putin, nor by his ministers or representatives. This wave can only be stopped by an organized people, by a militant and reflexive youth, by families tired of this capitalist economic model, by all of us. It is our responsibility to continue the fight and carry on the flame lit by our comrade “Kostolom” and shed light upon Russia and the rest of the world. RPI raises the flag for Ivan Khutorskoy and cries out for justice so that those cowards that murdered him may pay for what they've done and taste their own medicine. We will continue to demand justice for each antifascist killed around the world. This time, unfortunately, they took Ivan. And tomorrow? Who? We hope there will be no more!

FOR EACH AND EVERY ANTIFASCIST KILLED, NOT ONE STEP BACK! NOT EVEN TO TAKE IMPULSE!

Proletarian rock international: Our current situation.

The Marxism teaches us that any idea without exception takes his stamp of class. This education is applicable also to any cultural, moral, aesthetic expression, etc. Because they all are, in last instance, ideas reflected on the concrete reality. The social conscience is explained by the social being.

It is as well as the Proletarian Rock has defined from the first moment his position of class, of the side of the people.

In these difficult moments, of doubling of forces of the people and revolutionary, we understand that a doubling is an unfolding in the fight.

It is in this unfolding of forces that we have done way on having walked and that increasingly you present and bands are joining us. As a great river, we are joining our waters and are winning in force, in content, in depth, go in the middle of the zigzags of the difficulties to the great sea that is the fight for the victory of the proletariat, last class of the history

It is in this arduous work that new companions have joined and enriched our international one, between them the bands of piolet, from Venezuela, RPG-7, from Madrid, Subversive, from Brazil and Amauta, from Peru, all in this year 2008. To all of them, bands you relate, we receive them with great proletarian joy. We have also contacts with many bands that still in process of formation and hope that they make concrete this way to continue adding forces.

Since it is possible to see, the achievements in Latin America are increasingly evident, without counting our solid position in the Iberian peninsula.

From our trench of combat, we reject roundly the censorship that comes being an object some bands and companions of our international for the web site myspace. Censorship that one translates in the closing of theirs spaces web without any explanation on the part of the manager of the above mentioned space.

Myspace is a space that we use to spread our music which is our tool of fight and for being the space web most known in the musical diffusion, not for other reasons.
Following the example of the big teachers of the proletariat, if they do close a space we will open again, if they turn us to closing, will return to open, this way they will be all the times that want to censure us.

The cd was titled KPACHbIN PACCBET, that’s means Mencer Vermello in Russian, and of course you are enquiring right now, why Russian? We thought that is going to be interesting for the reason of doing a tribute to the first state in the history around the world, that had illuminate us for a long time with the communist ideology & the international movement. This is ours modestly tribute to the first socialist state in the history: the soviet union…

We have included 10 songs, charged with anger , strength & tonnage in our own style: high-speed songs combined with a middle time songs, with a good melody and aggressive voices. A great sound & a good depiction of what we do in live, nothing less.

Communique of Solidarity with the family and friends of companion Carlos Palomino Javier

The bands that formed the organization Proletarian International Rock extend our deepest feelings of solidarity to the families of companion Carlos Javier Palomino, as to all the Anti-Fascist Movement of Madrid, who offering his own life defended the dignity and rights of the most oppressed Spanish State. A major gesture of consequence and surrender, despite their young age, to serve those most in need, showing genuine conviction and rejection against those who embody deformities that holds fascism.
